Evolution Fishing Introduces New QuikLatch Single Latch Tackle Tray System

Kilgore, Texas – July 12, 2023 – Evolution Fishing is pleased to announce QuikLatch, the all-new, patented QuikLach single latch tackle tray opening system that will be the new standard for all Evolution Fishing trays. Along with this new latch system, Evolution Fishing is also expanding into three new tray styles in both 3600 and 3700 sizes. These new advancements in tackle tray design are yet another groundbreaking innovation in tackle storage solutions from the team at Evolution Outdoor.

“As a leader in the tackle storage space, the team at Evolution Fishing is constantly looking for ways to improve the fishing experience through better tackle storage solutions”, said Colt Fadal, Evolution Outdoor’s Executive Director of Sales and Marketing. “We knew current multi-latch tackle tray designs were cumbersome and inefficient, which led us to the development of QuikLatch, a revolutionary single-latch tackle tray design. Even the smallest details lead to a better experience on the water, and that is exactly why Evolution Fishing has brought the QuikLatch tray design to market for 2023.”

The new QuikLatch design utilizes a single latch tray opening/closing system allowing for the ability to open and close tackle trays with a single hand. QuikLatch also comes with a labeling field where anglers can label their tackle trays by tackle type or any other labeling system they prefer.

Evolution Fishing will be debuting this new QuikLatch technology, new tackle tray offerings, and a large lineup of other new products for 2023 at the 2023 ICAST show held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida from July 11-14, 2023. Interested retailers, buyers, and media can stop by Booth #4251 to see these new products firsthand and experience the latest game-changer in tackle storage.

About the Association of Collegiate Anglers

The Association of Collegiate Anglers (ACA) is a division of CarecoTV that was created to facilitate growth, development, and structure within competitive collegiate bass fishing, with emphasis on competitive events nationwide. The ACA created the original BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Series 18 seasons ago. That single event has evolved into the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series, which is now recognized as the longest-running consecutive collegiate bass fishing series in existence.

The ACA owns the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series, Bass Pro Shops School of Year presented by Abu Garcia program, and associated assets.  The ACA lineup of major college fishing events includes a variety of tournaments nationwide that are multi-day tournaments, all of which are televised on several networks, as well as streamed on a variety of connected platforms.  The ACA also provides support to numerous schools operating regional events nationwide which helps to grow the exposure and awareness of college fishing.

Thanks in part to the large diversity of media exposure the ACA provides, the series boasts the largest amount of televised and streaming coverage of any collegiate fishing series. This includes a dedicated television series on numerous television networks and streaming platforms, as well as additional coverage of select events inside other programs. This combination includes coverage from Discovery Channel, CBS Sports, Pursuit Channel, as well as other regional and national networks. You can also find coverage online at any time of past events thanks to coverage on OutdoorActionTV.com and PursuitUp.com
