Safariland Releases Limited Edition MultiCam® Tropic Line-up of Gear

Jacksonville, Florida – Safariland®, a brand of The Safariland Group®, a leading global provider of safety products designed for the public safety, military, professional and outdoor markets and one of Cadre Holdings, Inc.’s (NYSE: CDRE) (“Cadre”) key brands has announced a limited edition line of products featuring MultiCam® Tropic camouflage pattern. The MultiCam® Tropic pattern was developed to effectively reduce the visual and near-IR signature of a person operating in areas of lush vegetation that remains relatively unaffected by seasonal changes.

The MultiCam® Tropic palette compliments and overlaps portions of the main MultiCam® pattern; customers can pair MultiCam® gear with MultiCam® Tropic holsters and the best-selling Liberator® HP Headset for a well-coordinated concealment system. Safariland’s online exclusive line includes two holster offerings, 6304RDS-ALS/SLS® Holster w/ QLS 19 Locking Fork and 6354RDS-ALS® Holster w/ QLS 19 Locking Fork, available in popular firearm fits. These products are available in limited quantities exclusively on Safariland.com.

“Safariland is continuously expanding our designs to best meet the needs of customers,” said Tim Drnec, VP of Marketing for Safariland. “We developed our line of limited-edition patterns to provide end users with an expanded offering and enhance the appeal of our gear to attract more users. Multicam Tropic is one of the latest offerings we're excited to provide to our diverse customer base.”

Liberator® HP Headset

The Liberator® HP headset is the next generation in electronic hearing protection, offering crisp, clear audio in a durable, scratch-resistant, slim earcup. The headset provides enhanced hearing protection in all environments, including those with impulse/gunfire noise and high-decibel, constant background audio. The wearer is protected while advanced sound localization allows for maximum situational awareness and sound detection. Being able to pair Liberator HP Headset with the matching MultiCam® Tropic pattern holster is important to many users and gives the Safariland brand an expanded lineup.

6304RDS-ALS/SLS® Holster w/ QLS 19 Locking Fork

The 6304 RDS-ALS/SLS® Holster is explicitly designed for firearms with red dot optics. It features the automatic locking system (ALS) that will secure the weapon once holstered, transitioning into a simple straight-up draw once the release has been deactivated. It also includes the Self-Locking System, which allows for a smoother draw in one single motion while offering greater protection from attempted takeaways. This holster features a suede lining and SafariLaminateä construction to protect the weapon. Alongside the benefits of the MultiCam® Tropic pattern, the holster reduces infrared signature further through its Cordura® nylon wrap finish.

6354RDS-ALS® Holster w/ QLS 19 Locking Fork

The 6354RDS-ALS® Holster w/ QLS 19 Locking Fork is designed for firearms with red dot optics and features the Automatic Locking System (ALS) to offer security while the weapon is holstered. An open-top design with an optional optic hood cover allows for quick firearm retrieval, resulting in a straight-up draw once the ALS feature is deactivated. The quick locking system allows for freedom to choose where gear is attached and can be quickly transferred from areas such as the belt loop, leg shroud, and more without the use of tools. The interior suede lining and durable SafariLaminateä construction provide added protection for the firearm. This holster also features the Cordura® nylon wrap, reducing the wearer’s infrared signature.
