TrueTimber® Named Official Camo Sponsor of Shoot Straight TV

INMAN, S.C. – February 15, 2023 – TrueTimber is excited to announce a partnership with Shoot Straight TV as the official camo sponsor for the award-winning television show. Hosted by Chad and Marsha Schearer, Shoot Straight TV follows the Schearer family to destinations around the world on various hunting adventures.

Chad Schearer is a World Champion Elk Caller and two-time Eastern US Elk Calling Champion. He is also a Licensed Montana Professional Outfitter and Guide. Outside of his passion for hunting, he is a freelance writer, his articles and photographs have been featured in several magazines including Outdoor Life, American Hunter, American Rifleman, Field and Stream, and more. Chad is the Director of Advertising/Media Relations for CVA, Bergara, PowerBelt Bullets, DuraSight Rings and Bases, and Quake Industries. Sponsored by many of the hunting industries leading manufacturers Chad has conducted over 1000 hunting and fishing seminars across the United States and has hunted and fished extensively around the world. He is also the past Editor of Blackpowder Guns and Hunting Magazine. Chad has a passion for conservation and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Mule Deer Foundation.

 

Originally from Tennessee, Marsha Schearer is a lifetime hunter and has always had a passion for sharing her love of the outdoors. Marsha is known for her ability as a camp cook and in the kitchen hosting Shoot Straight’s Recipes From The Field. She has been a licensed Montana Guide for over 24 years and has spent over 500 nights in a tent. Marsha was the first lady to be put on the CVA pro staff and has hunted and fished around the world.

TrueTimber® Returns as Title Sponsor on the CJB Motorsports No. 5 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Piloted by Spencer Bayston

NMAN, S.C. – January 31, 2023 – TrueTimber, the world’s best-selling camo brand, will return as title sponsor on the CJB Motorsports No. 5 sprint car piloted by Spencer Bayston for the 2023 World of Outlaws season. The No. 5 will showcase a variety of TrueTimber camo patterns including the currently featured RipTide camo, which will make its official debut during the World of Outlaws opener at Volusia Speedway Park in DeLeon Springs, Florida on Thursday, February 9.

Bayston had an exciting season in 2022, finishing eighth overall in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series standings with two victories, 16 top-five and 39 top-ten performances. He closed the year with back-to-back World Finals top-ten appearances at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, finishing eighth on each occasion. His continued success throughout the season earned him the 2022 Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year award. Bayston’s car featured both TrueTimber RipTide and Strata camo paint schemes throughout the season.
