C&H Precision Commended with Georgia State Government Resolutions

RICHMOND HILL, Ga. – April 12, 2024 – C&H Precision has received resolutions from the Georgia State House of Representatives and the Georgia State Senate. These resolutions were granted to commend C&H Precision for their dedication to the State of Georgia. Senate Resolution 866 recognized March 26, 2024 and House Resolution 1640 recognized March 28, 2024 as C&H Precision Day at the state capitol.

“We are very honored to receive these resolutions from our Georgia state government,” said Buck Holly, owner of C&H Precision. “Ever since relocating to Richmond Hill, we have set the goal of raising the community as we grow C&H. With our state government recognizing the efforts we’re putting into our local community tells us that we are on the right track, and we intend to continue to make a positive impact on the state of Georgia as a whole.”

C&H Precision moved to Bryan County, Ga. in 2017 when it began designing precision-machined red dot adapter plates and milling pistol slides to be optics-ready. C&H has grown to over 30 employees since moving to Georgia and is projected to employ 100 by 2026, being named the “fastest-growing” manufacturer by Inc. Magazine in 2023.

These resolutions and growth projections come following C&H Precision’s groundbreaking event for their expanded Richmond Hill facility in early March 2024. In addition to creating new jobs, the facility will have its own gun range and coffee shop open to C&H employees and the public. The facility also provides a space for law enforcement officers across the region to visit for enhanced training.

SK Customs Partners with Springfield Armory for “Leonardo da Vinci,” Second Installment of Early Italian Renaissance Series

HAYMARKET, Va. – April 12, 2024 – SK Customs®, the Nation’s only series-driven, limited-edition manufacturer of custom firearms, is proud to announce the release of the “Leonardo da Vinci” Springfield Armory limited-edition engravers model 1911, chambered in 45 ACP.  This is the second installment of a four-part collection of handguns inspired by the art and innovation of the Early Italian Renaissance.

Each installment of the Early Italian Renaissance series will be a limited-edition firearm, with only 250 numbered units being released per firearm. This collection includes da Vinci's most celebrated works, the smile of the "Mona Lisa," "Vitruvian Man" and "The Last Supper," symbolizing the artist's contributions to the world of art that have captivated audiences all across the globe.

“Leonardo da Vinci made remarkable contributions to the Italian Renaissance and the world as a painter, engineer, scientist, sculptor and so much more,” said Simon Khiabani, owner and founder of SK Customs. “The features of the handgun pay tribute to his greatest artistic works. And as an engineer who designed war machines, the gun itself is a tribute to da Vinci’s contributions and long-lasting effects on modern society.”

SK Customs uses proprietary color conversion engineering to create a violet color that is highly reflective and permanent. Leonardo da Vinci features genuine imported Italian Olivewood grip panels engraved with Italy’s Fleur de Lis which are hand-painted to match the violet accents on the slide.

SK Customs applies a semi-polished finish on the frame and the slide flats and a high-polished finish on the barrel of the firearm. There is selective 24-karat gold plating on the artwork featured on this handgun and on select parts of the gun itself.

The MSRP of the da Vinci models will begin at $2,405.00.

Gold Series

Also included in the Early Italian Renaissance Series is a collection of limited-edition engravers model 1911 pistols dubbed the “Gold Series.” This limited batch will consist of only 25 completed series sets with consecutive series numbers and matching edition numbers. These sets will also contain matching limited-edition engraved 24-karat gold etched blades, numbered to match each set, by renowned knife maker Coltellerie Maserin. A custom wall or tabletop display case will also be made optional for those who want to display their “Gold Series” in an elegant manner.

The Gold Series starts at $13,870 and is now shipping.
