July 1, 2021 – The National Deer Association (NDA) is excited to announce the launch of its first podcast produced and hosted by the NDA staff. NDA’s “Deer Season 365” will range through every aspect of deer hunting and management, from hunting strategy and habitat improvement to deer biology and behavior. Deer Season 365 is available on Apple Podcasts, iHeart Radio, Pandora, Spotify, Stitcher and wherever you listen to podcasts.
Brian Grossman, NDA’s Communications Manager, produces and hosts the new podcast and will be joined occasionally by other members of the NDA team as co-hosts. The first episode of Deer Season 365 is now live, and new episodes will be posted bi-weekly, alternating with episodes of another new NDA podcast, “Coffee & Deer,” which launches on July 7.
“We are extremely excited to finally be able to announce the new Deer Season 365 podcast,” said Grossman. “This is a project we’ve been planning and working on behind the scenes for months, and we can’t wait to start sharing some of the great content we have lined up for the new show.”
Guests on Deer Season 365 will include deer and habitat experts from all walks of life to bring you the latest in deer hunting and deer management information.
“Like all of NDA’s educational content, Deer Season 365 provides guidance for hunters that is fact-checked and backed by the latest in scientific research,” said Lindsay Thomas Jr., NDA’s Chief Communications Officer. “We’ll also be bringing the research community directly to our listeners through the podcast to give hunters a complete understanding of deer and how to hunt and manage them effectively.”
