TrueTimber® and CJB Motorsports to Unveil New Paint Scheme at World of Outlaws Knoxville Nationals

INMAN, S.C. – August 5, 2022 – TrueTimber and CJB Motorsports will unveil an all-new paint scheme on Spencer Bayston’s No. 5 sprint car during the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series Knoxville Nationals. The new car design features TrueTimber’s popular Strata camo pattern, a favorite amongst hunters heading into the fall hunting seasons. The action will take place August 10-13 at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa.

“We really love the look of the new car design, and we can’t wait to see it unveiled in front of all the fans in Knoxville,” said TrueTimber CEO Rusty Sellars. “Spencer quickly got us on the board in the World of Outlaws with his win at Huset’s during the car’s initial debut and it’s been exciting to see his success and momentum grow in the series. As we shift our focus from fishing to hunting, it only made sense to update the car with our most popular hunting camo pattern.”

Earlier this year, TrueTimber announced a partnership with CJB Motorsports as the Title Sponsor on Spencer Bayston’s World of Outlaws sprint car. Bayston found his way to victory lane during the car’s debut race with a standout performance at Huset’s High Bank Nationals less than 12 hours after the official partnership announcement. The initial car design featured TrueTimber RipTide camo, an all-purpose fishing camo pattern popular amongst anglers all over.

“Everyone here at CJB Motorsports are excited to reveal the second in a series of special paint schemes for our iconic partner TrueTimber Camo,” Chad Clemens, owner of CJB Motorsports, expressed. “CJB Motorsports has a rich history at the Knoxville Nationals with not only great performances, but exciting paint schemes. With our entire team being outdoorsmen and avid hunters, we could not be prouder to promote the best retailing camo brand on our cars.”

CJB Motorsports cars, hauler and track vehicles all feature TrueTimber camo designs and team members can be seen wearing TrueTimber apparel. Fans can purchase Spencer Bayston and TrueTimber co-branded apparel both trackside and online.

Spencer Bayston, a 23-year-old native of Lebanon, Indiana continues the 2022 season as a contender for the Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year with the NOS Energy Drink World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series as driver for the venerable CJB Motorsports team. Bayston has quickly risen through the ranks as a sprint car driver tallying multiple World of Outlaws wins.
