The United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) was founded in 2004 by Tim and Tonnie Schmidt with the goal of providing resources to those who wish to stay safe and avoid danger. Today, the organization has more than 675,000 members with varying backgrounds who continue to receive education programs, concealed carry training and insurance policies.
