YORK, S.C. – March 19, 2026 – Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation (OSCF) is proud to announce the top-20 finish of conservation partner Noah Winslow at the 2026 Bassmaster Classic. Only 58 of the world’s best anglers received invitations to this year’s event, which was held at the Tennessee River in Knoxville, Tenn., March 13-15.
Winslow’s top-20 finish comes in addition to a series of successful finishes in recent tournaments. Winslow placed second at the Mercury B.A.S.S. National Championship at the Upper Mississippi River in Wisconsin in October 2025. He also posted a top-10 finish at the 2026 Turtlebox BassMaster Open at Kissimmee Chain, Fla., in January.
“Noah has been a great partner for us. He grew up with a love of fishing as well as a passion for the environment,” stated OSCF Executive Director Jim Curcuruto. “No matter where he casts a line, Noah brings along a bag to remove any trash he comes across. He’s a great ambassador for our Fill A Bag While Filling Your Tag program.”
With partners such as Fiocchi USA, Ruger and the Alabama Department of Natural Resources, OSCF’s Fill A Bag While Filling Your Tag program has distributed more than 100,000 reusable, biodegradable bags to hunters, anglers, trappers and target shooters across the country. This program has assisted in removing tens of thousands of pounds of trash from green spaces and waterways across the country.
Winslow consistently makes time to grow the sport within his busy schedule, noting, “There is nothing better than seeing the smile on someone’s face as they reel in their first fish. I encourage my fellow anglers to invite someone new to ‘Come With’ them the next time they head to the waters for some recreational fishing.”
The Come With program is a result of decades of research on increasing participation and bringing new customers to market have pointed to one common theme…personal invitations are key. When current participants and customers ask someone new to come with them to the range, waters or woods, it is a proven way to increase the number of outdoor enthusiasts.
