Affiliate Marketing Manager

Description

The Murray Road Agency is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead our Affiliate
Marketing Team. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role and is well-versed in the Affiliate
Marketing model across industries, verticals and platforms. This member of our team will be 100%
dedicated to clients in this area. They will be counted on to grow existing accounts, on board new clients
and identify new strategic partners in the Affiliate channel and across the board for Murray Road. The
Affiliate Marketing Manager will have multiple direct reports. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will work
alongside multiple Murray Road teams and functional areas to collaborate on business development and
ways to add value for clients and the agency. This position will work onsite in the Murray Road office in
the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area.

Responsibilities:

  • Account management
  • Manage Affiliate Team
  • Reporting and metrics
  • Client interaction and communication
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Selecting and pursuing additional brand partners
  • Data, asset and process management
  • Operate and use industry-standard programs/technologies/platforms for Affiliate Marketing
  • Bring sales/outreach automation and sophistication to Murray Road Affiliate Marketing efforts
  • Scale results and build infrastructure for significant growth

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, sales or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience on multiple Affiliate Management platforms including AvantLink
  • Experience with digital marketing efforts and platforms
  • Demonstrable ability to grow existing programs
  • Good knowledge of Affiliate Marketing techniques and best practices
  • Experience with and understanding of data and information generated by Affiliate Marketing, but also what data and information can be leveraged by inserting into Affiliate Marketing
