NASHVILLE, Tenn. – August 27, 2026 – The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Foundation, Inc. (TWRF) is showcasing the big game hunting prize packages featured in the 2026 Wildlife Conservation Raffle. In addition to supporting wildlife conservation efforts across Tennessee, the raffle offers hunters the opportunity to win once-in-a-lifetime hunting experiences and premium gear.
With 15 prize packages valued at more than $200,000, every raffle ticket helps fund conservation projects that restore wildlife habitat, conserve critical public lands and support wildlife research and management. This year’s featured big game hunting prizes include the Tennessee Guided Elk Hunting Package, the Trophy Deer Hunting Package, an American Hunting Blind and the Leupold Optics Package.
“Tennessee offers exceptional big game hunting opportunities, and these packages give hunters the chance to experience some of the best the state has to offer while supporting the conservation work that makes those opportunities possible,” said Joey Woodard, executive director of TWRF. “From an optics package to a rare elk tag, the Wildlife Conservation Raffle offers hunters the chance to take home high-quality gear and experience incredible hunts.”
The 2027 Guided Tennessee Elk Hunt awards the winner with the coveted 2027 Tennessee Conservation Elk Tag for the fall rifle elk hunt in Elk Hunting Zone 1 within the North Cumberland Wildlife Management Area. The one-on-one guided hunt will be led by an experienced Tennessee elk guide. Scheduled for October 2-8, 2027, the winner will have ample time to prepare for the seven-day quota hunt in an area that has consistently produced some of the highest hunter success rates among Tennessee’s elk hunting zones. The prize package gear includes the Bergara B14 Squared Cima CF in 7 PRC, the Hawke Frontier 30 FFP 4-20×50 MOA Hunter Reticle Riflescope, the HALO K2000 10×42 LRF Rangefinder Binoculars, a $500 Muddy hunting clothing gift certificate, a Danner Elk Hunter Boots gift certificate and Walker’s Suppressor Bluetooth Earbuds.
The 2027 President’s Island Archery Deer Hunt includes access to two separate three-day hunts on approximately 6,300 acres of highly managed, limited-access habitat along the Mississippi River in Memphis. Each hunt is limited to approximately 30 archers and features a 9-point or better rule to promote quality deer management. The first hunt includes scouting on October 14, followed by hunting October 15-17. The second includes scouting on December 2, followed by hunting December 3-5. The opportunity provides access to one of Tennessee’s most sought-after whitetail quota hunts. The prize package gear includes the Mathews LIFT X 29.5 in Mossy Oak Bottomland, a $500 Muddy hunting clothing gift certificate, the HALO Optics XR700 Rangefinder, LaCrosse hunting boots of the winner’s choice, the Hawk Helium Saddle Hunting Package, the Ameristep Frontline Wide Bottom Extreme blind and NAP DK4 Broadheads.
The American Hunting Blind “The Chalet” with 8.5 Tower provides a premium elevated hunting setup built for comfort, visibility and year-round durability. The 6.5’x 6.5’ blind features a spacious 7-foot interior, insulated dual-wall PVC roof system and insulated Galvalume metal walls, featuring weather-resistant materials and multiple quiet-opening windows.
