Emily Roudebush | Communications Specialist
Born and raised in Charleston, S.C., Emily brings a native Lowcountry perspective to Murray Road by helping brands tell compelling stories, build meaningful partnerships and drive measurable growth. With a background spanning integrated marketing, brand communications, event strategy and client relations, Emily brings a robust, relationship-first approach to the team. In her free time, you can most likely find Emily on the marsh flats chasing Redfish tails, in the woods hunting birds or traveling the world for food, culture and fun.

Lisa LeViness | Email Marketing Specialist
Lisa LeViness handles the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns for agency clients. With a thoughtful, results-focused approach, Lisa helps brands connect with their audiences through clear messaging, smart targeting and data-driven insights. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Longwood University. A longtime Virginia resident, she recently relocated to Charleston, where she lives with her husband, Dan, and their daughter, Audrey. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time at the beach and exploring downtown Charleston with her family.

Isabel Pentaleri | Senior Project Manager
Isabel brings creative and media together to help brands reach the consumers they are built for with messaging that resonates when it counts. Originally from Greenville, S.C., Isabel earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. Since graduating in 2019, she has built her career across agencies and startups, partnering closely with clients to turn insight into clear, effective marketing strategy, with a focus on data driven omnichannel solutions. Outside of work, Isabel enjoys live music, spending time with family and her golden retriever, Birdie.

Rachel Holder | Graphic Designer
Rachel Holder is a graphic designer from Greenwood, S.C. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Appalachian State University in May 2025. With a strong appreciation for both the creative process and strategic problem-solving, she approaches each project with the goal of helping brands communicate clearly, thoughtfully and effectively through design. Outside of her professional work, Rachel enjoys spending time at the beach, reading and exploring local estate sales for inspiration and unique finds.

Brett Stayton | Affiliate Marketing Manager
Brett started his career on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., working in policy, communications and social media for the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation and Safari Club International. He then moved to Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee where he worked for the country music and outdoor media brands Whiskey Riff and Outsider. His professional experience also includes stints at Bass Pro Shop’s headquarters, Hawke Optics and most recently, Q LLC.
